Grand Aloha to all of you Sovereign Souls!!!

I rose at 6:30am, meditated, did my prayers on my run, some plyometrics, hydrated with fresh coconut water, and treated myself to a 90 minute massage on the beach.   A true blessing as the past 5 weeks have been incredibly stressful to the point of not sleeping these past 2 nights...

While face-down, nearly conked out on the table as ocean waves lapped the shoreline, I was inspired to write this email to all of you sharing first and foremost, my incredible gratitude - because I'm grateful. 

1. I am grateful for you who stepped into faith with wellness, joining millions of others embracing a new era of near-superhuman capability for humanity.

You doing so have proven you are an example of BEing and Sharing the light simply by activating yourself with this amazing technology and ROOT nutrition...walking in a higher state of elevated consciousness and frequency literally has a transformative effect on others (even if you can't see it, you are).

2. I am grateful for these technologies...given what I wrote you above with what I've faced the past while, if it were not for LifeWave and ROOT I'd be struggling to maintain focus, continue my practices, and press on despite the challenges.
